Manual harvesting, classic fermentation and maceration for 7 days at a temperature of 25 °C in a vinifier.

MATURATION:
15 months in a large oak barrel, then 3 months in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Top quality red dry wine produced from the Blatina grape variety of the same name. Blatina is a ruby red color with a developed characteristic aroma, full and harmonious taste. It will show its Mediterranean playfulness only when drinking and is rewarded with an extraordinary fruity aroma of sour cherry, black cherry, blackberry and vanilla, as well as a pleasant dry taste, soft and supple, yet fiery. Blatina strengthens and invigorates, so whoever tastes it once, beckons to a permanent friendship.

FOOD AND SERVING:
It goes well with red meat dishes, all kinds of game, steak, grilled dishes, tuna, octopus, strong cheeses (Livanjski) and prosciutto. Spices such as pepper, rosemary, cinnamon, mint go perfectly with this wine. Best served at 18 °C.
