VINIFICATION PROCESS:
It is a wine made from black grapes using white wine technology. Hand harvesting, maceration for 24 hours, cooling to a temperature of 6 °C through a heat exchanger, clarification and decanting, controlled fermentation for 30 days at 16°C.
MATURATION:
6 months in a stainless steel container, 1-2 months in a bottle
CHARACTERISTICS:
It is characterized by a crystal-clear pink color. Harmonious and full flavor is accompanied by a pleasant freshness with the scent of raspberry, currant, strawberry and cherry. Ideal for hot days, with lighter summer food, it is a real refreshment.
FOOD AND SERVING:
It goes well with fish, risottos, and fruit salads. It is drunk chilled at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
