VINIFICATION PROCESS:<\/em><\/strong>

MATURATION:<\/em><\/strong>
\nSelected grape bunches of \u017dilavka were pressed followed by fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks, while the chardonnay fermented and matured on the lees in a 500-liter wooden barrel for a full 12 months.<\/em><\/p>\n
