These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. Winery Domanica d.o.o. \u2013 www.domano.ba Internet pages can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules.
The seller is Vinarija Domanica d.o.o. \u2013 www.domano.ba, and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.<\/p>\n

ORDERING<\/strong>
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form.
Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.
All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros.
The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart.
The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/strong>
Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the following credit cards:
MasterCard, Maestro ili Visa.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/strong>
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling.
When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company making the delivery). The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller about this so that actions can be taken to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.
After the delivery person (the delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible
delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of goods
If the buyer chooses the product download option instead of delivery, the seller undertakes to send a notification exclusively in the form of e-mail to the buyer, which will contain download links and instructions. After receiving the e-mail (download notification), the customer can immediately download the product.<\/p>\n

COMPLAINTS<\/strong>
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description stated on Vinarija Domanica d.o.o. \u2013 www.domano.ba<\/span>. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot advertise this segment.
In case of technical malfunction of the audio tracks stored on the audio carrier, the seller assumes full responsibility. In case of technical malfunction, the buyer is obliged to advertise the product within 4 (four) working days. After reporting a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to return the technically defective audio transmitter by mail, along with the delivery note, after which the seller will send the buyer a replacement product within 3 (three) working days, free of charge. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product.
The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (the company that performs product delivery).
If the buyer chooses the product download option and the buyer is unable to download due to technical problems caused by the seller's server, the seller undertakes to send an email with a new download option, for which the buyer does not bear any costs.
In the event that the buyer is not able to perform the download caused by technical problems on the seller's server, the buyer is obliged to contact
the seller's sales service, which will offer an adequate solution that will not be available in itself
contain no compensation and no further costs from the customer. The customer has no right to request a refund in this situation.
In the event that the customer cannot download the product, and the technical problems are not related to the seller, but are caused by the customer, the operator or a third party, the seller bears no responsibility and is not obliged to allow the customer to download or deliver the goods free of charge.
The customer is obliged to download the product within 5 (five) working days, after that he will no longer be able to download the product, regardless of the payment made. In this case, the buyer waives any complaint.<\/p>\n
